1. About Alaska Peony Market

Alaska Peony Market is a farm-direct retailer of fresh Alaska-grown peonies. Our products are harvested seasonally and shipped throughout the United States during our harvest season.

2. Products

Because our flowers are agricultural products, each stem is unique. Variations in color, bloom size, stem length, fragrance, and bloom stage are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Product photographs represent typical blooms but may not exactly match the flowers you receive.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices, product availability, and shipping schedules are subject to change without notice.

Because our inventory depends on seasonal harvest conditions, certain varieties or quantities may become unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you regarding available options.

4. Orders

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Alaska Peony Market reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to inventory availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully authorized.

6. Shipping

Fresh peonies are shipped using FedEx Priority service according to the shipping date selected during checkout or as otherwise communicated.

Shipping schedules may occasionally change due to weather, crop conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any concerns regarding damage or quality should be reported within 24 hours of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, website design, and written content on this website are the property of Alaska Peony Market unless otherwise noted.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alaska Peony Market shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected products.
