If There Is a Problem With Your Shipment
Do not judge bloom quality immediately upon opening the box, they will need to hydrate for several hours, and they might just surprise you.
If your shipment arrives with a quality issue:
· Contact us as soon as possible.
· Do not discard the flowers until we have had an opportunity to evaluate the issue.
· Email photographs of the unopened shipping box (if damaged), the shipping label, the interior packaging, and the affected stems.
Photos allow us to quickly determine whether the issue resulted from shipping damage, handling, or a quality concern.
REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY: After reviewing the information, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, partial credit, or another mutually agreeable solution.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for adjustment because fresh flowers continue to change after delivery.
