Shipping policy

At Alaska Peony Market, every order is harvested fresh from our Alaska farm and shipped directly to you. Because we ship a highly perishable product, our shipping practices are designed to deliver the freshest possible flowers.

Shipping Season

Fresh Alaska peonies are available during our natural harvest season, typically from July through August. Product availability and shipping dates are determined by weather and crop conditions.

Order Processing

Orders are harvested, inspected, chilled, and packed shortly before shipment.

We make every effort to ship on your selected shipping date. In rare cases, weather or harvest conditions may require minor adjustments to your shipping schedule. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly.

One Shipping Date Per Order

To ensure the freshest possible flowers and simplify shipping, all products in a single order will ship together on one date. For multiple delivery dates or standing orders, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Shipping Carrier

All fresh peony orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight® unless otherwise specified.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Delivery Area

We currently ship fresh peonies to locations within the continental United States where FedEx Priority Overnight service is available.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Delivery Times

FedEx Priority Overnight shipments typically arrive by 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., although delivery times may vary depending on your location and FedEx service commitments.

Alaska Peony Market cannot guarantee specific delivery times once a shipment is in the carrier's possession.

Someone Should Be Available

Fresh flowers should be brought indoors immediately upon delivery.

We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the shipment. Flowers left outdoors in heat, freezing temperatures, or direct sunlight may be damaged.

Alaska Peony Market is not responsible for loss of quality resulting from packages left unattended after delivery.

Shipping Delays

Once a shipment has been accepted by FedEx, delivery is subject to carrier operations and weather conditions.

Although we carefully schedule shipments to minimize risk, Alaska Peony Market is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather

  • Flight disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Mechanical delays

  • Carrier operational issues

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If a significant shipping issue occurs, please contact us and we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or requested shipping date, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been harvested or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
